Seventy-one years is a long time, especially for a small business.  However, thanks to our innovative and forward-thinking staff, the McFarlin Insurance Agency plans on being around for at least another seventy-one!  But, we can’t do it alone.  We’re currently seeking feedback from our existing and future clients on how we can make their insurance purchasing decisions easier and more streamlined.  For example:  

-  Is insurance something you feel comfortable purchasing online or would you rather have an expert available to discuss all    available coverage options?
-  How often do you refer to your insurance policies to make sure your coverages are up-to-date and your limits are adequate?
-  What communication channels would you prefer to use when discussing insurance matters?  Email, phone, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc…
